DABO Detroit in partnership with Premiere Quality Health Center is here to help you find health coverage you can actually afford.

If you’re uninsured, underinsured, or your plan is too expensive, our team can walk you through Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) options—at no cost to you. Enroll by December 15, 2025 to start coverage on January 1, 2026.

How We Help

Through our Affordable Care Act enrollment support, DABO Detroit helps individuals and families:

  • Apply for coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace

  • Renew or update their current Marketplace plan

  • Check eligibility for savings that can lower monthly premiums and out-of-pocket costs

  • Compare plans so you can choose coverage that fits your health needs and budget

  • Get answers to questions about benefits, networks, and next steps

Our enrollment assistance is free, and our goal is to help you leave with a clear plan for your health coverage.
